To help ensure every event runs smoothly, we've put together a few simple guidelines for using our venue. Please take a moment to review our Do's & Don'ts before your event. These policies are designed to protect our facility, keep everyone safe, and ensure an enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Pay your remaining balance at least 7 days before your event.
Stay within the venue's maximum capacity (including vendors and staff).
Remove all food, beverages, decorations, and personal belongings before leaving.
Respect your scheduled rental time. Overtime is available at $150 per hour after 2:00 AM.
Ensure all vendors, DJs, decorators, and photographers remove their equipment at the end of the event.
Treat the venue, furniture, and equipment with care.
Drink responsibly and ensure all alcohol service complies with local laws.
Smoke or vape anywhere inside the venue.
Use glitter, confetti, metallic confetti, or similar decorations.
Nail, screw, staple, tape excessively, drill into, or otherwise damage walls, ceilings, doors, or floors.
Exceed the venue's maximum occupancy.
Leave decorations, trash, food, or personal belongings behind.
Engage in illegal activities, violent behavior, or use/distribute illegal substances.
Sell alcohol without the required permits.
Remain in the venue after your rental period without prior approval.
Your security deposit will be returned after the event once the venue has been inspected and no damages are found.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests or hired vendors.
SIMA Ballet Folklórico is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or end an event without refund if venue policies are violated.
